About School of Service Management
CSM Academy International has a wholly owned School registered with the Singapore Ministry of Education, named the School of Service Management which developed its own programs in Service specific areas. The Diploma in Service Management is one such program developed by the School of Service Management and which CSM Academy International intends to eventually also deliver this program overseas with collaborative partners to spread the knowledge of Excellent Service Management. Graduates of the School of Service Management's Diploma in Service Management can progress onto a bachelor degree with advance standing to at least the 2nd year in an University degree and for those with about ten years of working experience, they can progress onto a Master program without a need to first do a Bachelor degree.
