CSM Academy International is headquartered in Singapore to specifically address the needs of organizations in the training of their staff in excellent Customer Service Skills and Management Skills with a special focus in healthcare services, as this would translate into higher returns on a company's investment. To achieve this, CSM Academy provide knowledge, experience sharing and tools on the psychological, behavioural, motivational and technological aspects of customer service and support as well as managerial skills via Academic programmes, Public seminars, Management conferences with invited international speakers.

CSM Academy developed its own programs in Service-specific areas. These include the Diploma in Service Management, the Certificate in Aged Care and the Certificate in Therapy Services. CSM Academy intends to eventually deliver these programmes overseas with collaborative partners in order to spread the knowledge of Healthcare Service Management.
