CSM Academy's facilities is located just a short distance out of the Central Business District in a building that is directly opposite the Aljunied MRT Station, most convenient for students who travel by public transport as well as for students who drive as there is a huge 50 lot car park opposite the building to.

The School premise has well-equipped classrooms, a library, discussion areas as well as a Health Assessment laboratory for students studying health services programs to use in their practicals, and a Computer room equip with wireless broadband for Students. An additional new premise will be added in September. Biomedical Science laboratory sessions are held in A*Star's Biopolis Shared Facilities. CSM Academy has established a Nursing Home where students studying for the Certificate in Aged Care could practice.
