All prospective local and international students will enter into the Standard PEI-Student Contract with CSM Academy International. Students will be issued a comprehensive CPE approved Student Contract to read the Standard PEI-Student Contract carefully upon enrolment into a course and ensure that they understand its content.

The CPE approved Student Contract embodies the following mandatory requirements:

1. Clear definition of course details
2. Full disclosure of all costs for tuition/non-tuition fees
3. Commitment to Student Protection Scheme (CSM has adopted both Escrow and HSBC Insurance Student Tuition Fee Insurance scheme for its students)
4. Clear definition of refund policies
5. Clear definition of dispute resolution mechanisms
