Food & Beverage Operations**\nEquips students to recognize food products, menus, and service styles. Covers food handling, personal hygiene, and beverage service (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), including mixing procedures and stock control.\n\n**2. Front Office Operations**\nFundamental knowledge of Front Office principles, reservations, reception, cashiering, and yield management. Prepares students for complex analysis in later courses.\n\n**3. Housekeeping Operations**\nSkills for general housekeeping, preparing rooms, laundry operations, and valet\u002Fbutler services. Includes stock control and ordering procedures.\n\n**4. Introduction in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry**\nBasic knowledge of tourism theories, concepts, and components (transportation, lodging, travel agents).
