Pastoral Counselling | CSM Academy International provides pastoral counselling support to students to help them navigate personal, academic, and life challenges that may affect their learning journey and overall well-being. Our trained pastoral counsellors work closely with students to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and support them in developing appropriate solutions and coping strategies. Students may seek pastoral counselling support in areas such as:

Financial Assistance | CSM Academy International may provide financial assistance to eligible and deserving students to support their studies. Such assistance may include tuition fee discounts, grants, bursaries, scholarships, or other approved financial aid schemes, subject to the academy’s prevailing policies, eligibility requirements, and funding availability. |
Post-Course Advisory | CSM Academy International provides post-course advisory support to graduates through email consultations, career guidance, and professional development workshops. These services offer advice on further studies, academic progression, upskilling, reskilling, opportunities, and career development, supporting graduates in their lifelong learning and professional advancement. |
Accommodation Advise | Students seeking guidance & advise on accommodation are welcome to approach the student counter for assistance. |
Bonding Activities | The academy follows the Singapore calendar for major festivals & public holidays. The academy celebrates and organizes activities to foster strong bonding between staff & students. |
Issuance of Letters & Documents | CSM Academy International may issue official letters, including student status confirmation letters, bank account introduction letters, and letters of recommendation, upon request and subject to the academy’s policies. Students are required to submit the prescribed request form to the Student Services Office. Requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe and may be subject to administrative charges where applicable. |
