Fees & Payment Modes

Course fees, application and miscellaneous charges, and how to pay securely to CSM Academy International.

1. Course Fees

Prices exclude GST. Final fees are confirmed in Schedule B of your PEI-Student Contract and payment advice.

Fees are subject to change. Please contact Admissions or refer to your Student Contract for the applicable fee schedule at the time of enrolment.

2. Application Fee

The Application Fee refers to the fee payable to CSM Academy International solely for the purpose of processing a student’s application. This fee covers the administrative assessment of the application and supporting documents to determine whether the applicant meets the admission requirements for the selected course or programme.

3. Miscellaneous Fees

Miscellaneous Fees refer to non-compulsory and non-standard charges that may be payable by students only when necessary or applicable. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Re-assessment or re-examination fees;
  • Replacement of student identification cards;
  • Transcript or certification requests;
  • Administrative processing fees;
  • Charges relating to Banker’s Guarantees (where applicable); and
  • Other ad hoc administrative services requested by the student.

Such fees are collected by CSM Academy International only when the need arises and are not subject to Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) protection, where applicable.

All applicable Miscellaneous Fees will be clearly stated in the PEI-Student Contract and/or communicated to students before the fees are incurred.

4. Payment Mode

The student needs to make the Course Fee Payment after signing the Advisory Note (Pre-course Counselling) and the Standard PEI-Student Contract.

After the Standard PEI-Student Contract is signed, students can choose to pay the fees via the following methods. The Academy accepts the following payment modes for course fees. Students are responsible for ensuring that the selected payment mode complies with the applicable terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.

Mode 01

Cash

Payment of the course fees shall be made directly by the student in cash. Upon successful receipt of payment, the Academy shall issue an official receipt to the student.

Mode 02

SkillsFuture Credit

Eligible students may utilise their available SkillsFuture Credit to offset the applicable course fees, subject to the prevailing policies and eligibility requirements stipulated by Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). The SkillsFuture Credit claim must be successfully submitted and approved prior to the course commencement date. Any outstanding balance remaining after the SkillsFuture Credit deduction shall be payable by the student. An official receipt will be issued for all payments received by the Academy.

Mode 03

WAISER PIF (Pay It Forward) Programme

Payment under the WAISER PIF (Pay It Forward) Programme is subject to the student’s eligibility and the approval of the relevant funding authority. Approved funding shall be disbursed in accordance with the programme’s terms and conditions. Any portion of the course fees not covered by the approved funding shall be borne by the student and must be paid prior to the course commencement date. An official receipt will be issued for all payments received by the Academy.

Mode 04

Atome

Students may opt to pay their course fees through Atome’s instalment payment facility, subject to Atome’s approval and prevailing terms and conditions. The student shall be responsible for all obligations arising from the instalment arrangement, including any applicable fees or charges imposed by Atome. Upon successful payment, the Academy will issue an official receipt for the amount received.

Mode 05

Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA)

Eligible students may utilise their available Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) funds to offset the applicable course fees, subject to the prevailing regulations and approval by the relevant authority. Students are responsible for submitting the required PSEA application and supporting documents before the course commencement date. Any course fees not covered by the approved PSEA funds shall be payable by the student. An official receipt will be issued for all payments received by the Academy.

Mode 06

PayNow

Payment is made via PayNow using the Academy’s registered UEN or QR code. Students are advised to indicate their invoice or student reference number when making payment. An official receipt will be issued after payment verification.

Mode 07

Internet Banking / Bank Transfer

Payment may be made through internet banking or direct bank transfer to the Academy’s designated bank account. Students should include their invoice or student reference number in the payment reference and submit the transaction details if requested. An official receipt will be issued upon verification.

5. Important Payment Notice

All course fees, application fees, miscellaneous fees, and any other payments payable by students must be made directly to the official bank account of CSM Academy International Pte. Ltd. through the Academy’s approved payment channels.

Students must not make any payment to an agent, authorised student recruiter, representative, consultant, employee, or any other third party. Authorised Student Recruiters (ASRs) are not authorised to collect, receive, or hold any monies on behalf of CSM Academy International.

CSM Academy International shall not be liable for any payments made to unauthorised individuals or third-party bank accounts.

Students are strongly advised to verify the Academy’s official payment details before making any payment and to obtain an official receipt issued by CSM Academy International for every payment made as proof of payment.
